摘要: 为探究花生荚果干燥技术研究现状,在综合对比国内外花生荚果干燥技术模式的基础上,综述国内外花生荚果干燥技术的研究现状,归纳总结现有干燥模式类型、特点,从干燥装备、干燥工艺两个方面对干燥技术的发展进行展望,提出适用于我国国情的花生干燥技术发展方向,以期为花生荚果干燥技术装备的研发与应用提供参考。

Abstract:  In order to explore the research status of drying technology of peanut pods, based on the comprehensive comparison of drying technology modes of peanut pods at home and abroad, the research status of drying technology of peanut pods at home and abroad and the types and characteristics of existing drying modes are summarized, the development of drying technology is prospected from two aspects of drying equipment and drying technology, and the development direction of drying technology of peanut pods suitable for Chinas national conditions is put forward.
