An intelligent green manure spreading device based on MAV was developed in this paper. The orthogonal experiments were designed by using Minitab software, the best parameter combination was the sowing flow was 20 g/s, rotation seed of the sowing disc was 1 000 r/min, The flying speed was 4 m/s. Verified by field experiments, the spreading width was 12~15 m, the production efficiency could reach up to 4~6 hm
2
/h, superior to the artificial sowding efficiency of 0.1 to 0.125 hm
2
/h, the hand-shaking efficiency of 0.2 to 0.3 hm
2
/h and the motorized sowing efficiency of 0.5 to 0.8 hm
2
/h. The technology can be used as a reference for spreading mechanization of various green manure seeds which has a good prospect for application.
