Journal of Intelligent Agricultural Mechanization
Journal of Intelligent Agricultural Mechanization was approved by the National Press and Publication Administration in 2020. SciOpen Science and Technology Journal Cluster is a high-level international science and technology journal cluster supported by SciOpen platform and based on the self-owned science and technology journals of Tsinghua University Press, which gathers cross-regional, cross-departmental and cross-disciplinary quality science and technology journals. Its publishing scope covers frontier fields such as artificial intelligence, life and health, and aerospace science and technology, which is highly in line with the national strategic needs. Tsinghua University Press strives to build SciOpen SCI-tech periodical cluster into a world-class SCI-tech periodical cluster with the support of digital platform, with the cultivation of world-class SCI-tech periodicals as the guidance, with the creation of several specialty sub-journals with characteristics as a breakthrough, and with the development of co-construction and sharing as the direction of group development. SciOpen, an international digital publishing platform for SCI-Tech periodicals, was independently developed by Tsinghua University Press with the support of "China Sci-Tech Periodicals Excellence Action Plan", "SCI-Tech Periodicals Digital Communication International Platform Service Project" and Tsinghua University. The platform was officially put into operation in June 2022. Up to now, 132 journals have been launched, with more than 33,000 papers and more than 6 million page views per month. Introduction of China Science and Technology Journal Excellence Action Plan
In order to fully implement the important directive spirit of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee on Building World-class Science and Technology Journals and the Opinions on Deepening Reform and Cultivating World-class Science and Technology Journals, the China Association for Science and Technology, together with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, has launched the "China Science and Technology Journal Excellence Action Plan" since 2019. To promote the high-quality development of sci-tech periodicals as the core, systematic integration and restructuring of the original Plan for enhancing the international influence of Chinese Sci-tech periodicals, the Action Plan for Publishing the Peak of Sci-Tech Issues in China, and the Plan for building excellent Chinese Sci-tech periodicals have been carried out in a rolling five-year cycle, with 7 sub-projects set up in the first cycle. Including the selection of leading journals, key journals, echelon journals, new journals with high starting points, cluster pilot projects, the construction of international digital publishing service platforms, and the selection of high-level journal personnel, so as to create a sound ecological environment for innovation and development of science and technology journals. 2024 is the beginning year of the second phase of the China Sci-Tech Journal Excellence Action Plan, with five sub-items including English single issue (leading 50, Echelon 150), Chinese single issue (leading 100, Echelon 100), high-starting new issue category (50), and cluster (group) pilot project (13). The implementation cycle is still five years. The second phase of the Excellence Plan aims to improve the level and academic quality of Chinese science and technology journals, allow more high-level papers to be published in Chinese sponsored science and technology journals, and more high-quality journals to be published on China's independent platform, safeguard national science and technology security, and provide support for the self-reliance of high-level science and technology. The project is the major support project with the largest implementation intensity, the largest fund and the most extensive scope in the field of scientific and technological journals in China so far.
