摘要: 针对大规模农业设施生产环境的实时监测与控制问题,详细介绍基于物联网的参数采集节点、控制节点,协调器网关节点的硬件设计,利用ZigBee协议实现温室群生产环境参数局域网的组建与管理;开发的管理软件,实现手机客户端和网页客户端对农业生产系统的现场传感器设备数据的实时采集与机电设备的控制。系统采集、控制、路由节点均采用CC2530单片机;协调器节点利用ESP8266无线网络模块连接到云服务器平台。用户管理软件,实现采集数据的实时显示、参数设置、控制命令的发布和历史数据的存储、查询。现场应用测试,表明系统实现设计要求,模块应用灵活、成本低、易维护,能满足生产需求,适宜广泛推广。

Abstract: Aiming at the real-time monitoring and control of the production environment of large-scale agricultural facilities, the article introduces in detail the hardware design of parameter collection nodes, control nodes, and coordinator gateway nodes based on the Internet of Things. The ZigBee protocol is used to realize the establishment and management of the greenhouse group production environment parameter LAN. The developed management software realizes the real-time collection of field sensor equipment data of agricultural production system and the control of electromechanical equipment by mobile client and web client. The system acquisition, control, and routing nodes all use CC2530 single-chip microcomputer; the coordinator node uses ESP8266 wireless network module to connect to the cloud server platform. User management software realizes real-time display of collected data, parameter setting, release of control commands as well as storage and query of historical data. The field application test shows that the system has fulfilled the design requirements. It has the advantages of low cost and convenient maintenance, and can meet production needs, therefore it is suitable for widespread promotion.
